I once hunted down around in the conwichan. Never had a seal, but i had hobbit steal some ducks one time claiming he shot almost all of them

If you shoot a duck and a seal/eagle steals it does it go against your limit or theirs?

We've had eagles take downed ducks, but not a seal as far as I recall.

While eider hunting on the East Coast we have had seals take ducks...Late in the winter when food is scarce those thing seem to eat just about anything.
