    Yet another duck boat

I picked up a 1436 Jon boat off CL this past spring and I am finally getting my butt in gear to make it into a duck boat. Here is how I found it 5 months ago,

After a little paint, stencilling with plants and a home made blind frame this is what I ended up with.

My young little hunting partner is also getting used to the new boat.

Not too bad for a couple afternoons. I just need to get down to cabelas to pick up some of the synthetic marsh grass material so I can finish the blind.

Great job. You might want to start a side business.

That is one great looking boat. I wish we had enough birds here in the Cariboo to justify one like that.
