It was a mild winter here and the game seems to have done well.Another winter of full freezers coming up.Maybe a big rack too but I don`t think I`m allowed in the nudie bar for at least 8 more months.

Looking forward to hearing about the rest of your season. While out hunting yesterday, my buddy and I were talking about the amount of game a guy see's in other parts of the province compared to the island and how it's easy to get complacent here. Looks like you guys saw alot of wildlife that day making for a great outing.

We did manage to see 6 bears, 3 deer, a bunch of grouse and a fresh wolf kill in the middle of the mainline which for here is a great evening hunt. But it sure must be nice to have the variety of game you guys have in your area. Never a dull moment I guess, hey?

Not at all, Rick! I look at it as assembling a "crew". One of us will be bound to connect with a booner sometime.

He's a pretty sharp cat, gotta give him that. If anyone wants to put him in their sights they best be prepared as you said. His tremendous sense of humour is quite a weapon.
Good character to have actively involved on this sight if you ask me.
