Marlin375 sounds like a first class guy. I liked how the flask became a ritual part of their hunts. Great that he got to close the loop.

I second that....enjoyed a few discussions, sales and BS with Geordie....pretty sure he must be retired by now. If anyone knows where he is, tell him Mike says hi!

Going through this thread had a lot of names of the past, pretty cool thread!
I like drinking beer and whiskey, shooting guns, jetboating, love a nice rack and a tight line, I am simply a sophisticated redneck...

    Hi yourself Mike.

Before anybody starts a "looking for Marlin375 " thread. Buddy shot me a note saying this old thread got bumped.
Relived the thread myself just now and in the process recounted many of the places that flask had been over the years. I still have the flask, sadly it sprang a leak a few years ago so it got taken out of service.
As for me, I leak a bit more often, but I'm still in service...lol.
Not doing the forum thing as much anymore. If I can pass on one thing I have learned, and kind of related to this thread and the memories lost over my time spent adventuring around BC. More for you young guys that are just starting to make memories....KEEP A JOURNAL. (Not on your phone) it is crazy how a few written words from a trip 30 years ago will bring back your forgotten but extremely fond and valuable experiences.

    Kind Regards

    Marlin375
