After many months of talking to DD breeders around the country and much back and forth with Lee Root (Vom Okanogan Flusstal) Lee is a hunter and required his new owners to be also - I liked this. He knew the dogs would be out in the field where they should be and it made me feel comfortable that he insisted on this. Lee's kennel is small, only one litter per year. I was not interested in a pup from a factory. When lee called to let me know about the litter announcement I knew then I would be "all in". After monitoring from a distance for awhile, I made the decision to trek down to Omak, Wa. when the litter was 6 weeks old ... and this is what I found:

I want a DD so bad. My strata only allows 2 pets and I have a border collie and my wife has a cat....for now. I guess I'll have to wait until I move into a house, a hell I'm just going to kill the cat.
