    adams first goose hunt.

Took my son adam out today for his first goose hunt. We've been doing really good lately so when it looked like today was going to be another good one we decided it would be a good time to get the little guy out.The weather was nice and the geese held up their end of the bargain. He even got to watch dad drop a triple out of a small flock that came in......here he is hittin' the groceries before the action started.

Good on ya! Some of my best early memories are of early morning goose hunts in stubble fields in northwestern Quebec with my dad and my bro. Great way to spend time with your boy.

Agree with Blair. With my dad when I was young and then my boys when they were so small I had to pack them in. Looks like he had a great time.

My earliest memories are of my Gramps letting me hopelessly pot away at ducks as they decoued in with my BB gun, the rule was once he shot I could "blast" away.I dont remember how little I was but he had to cock it for me gave me early conditioning on how to judge a bird was clos enuff. Good on you your helping to preserve the heritage he'll have those memories forever. Nice shooting you guys.
