open a photobucket account and upload your photo. copy and paste the image code here. There are other ways but that is one of the easiest

Marc made a sticky, the process is a little convoluted. Do a search for "posting pictures".

Step # 2 upload pic from your comuter - click the green UPLOAD button on the screen select the pic or multiple pics fom your computer and hit OK
Step #3 Once uploaded there will be 4 url links under each pic just copy the IMG code
Step #4 Paste it in your thread.
