    head shots

    A buddy of mine has harvested a bear this spring, using the only available shot placement (at the time), a head shot. He mentioned not having to split the lips, already done ? I'll have to suggest the idea of painting the various pieces different colors, for the 'Rubics Cube' look.

    what caliber did he use? the only damage I could see was blood out of the ears and nose.

    My taxidermist is taking care of the skull, he's going to bleach it, I'll post the picture when i get it back
