okay...steering clear of konig...
i assume Cliff's and Gwinner are both good? fair pricing?
I'd be looking for both hanging and cutting, and I'm assuming that hanging fees are usually waived if they're doing the cutting...

Don't forget Carlos meats just outside Cranbrook. Don't have his number. Went there this year n he was awesome. That's coming from Me a butcher from the past.

Gwinners and Cliffs are awesome to deal with with decent turn around times
Cliffs is great, real nice guy and makes good sausages. He`s about 10 miles out from Kimberley on the way to Ta Ta Creek. Just don`t show up drunk, his wife used to be the Seargent of the RCMP here.
Scars Are like Tattoos but With Better Stories
Gwinners runs about $1 per pound. Good cutter.
Cliff is slowly retiring and only cuts domestic. His helper Will, does all of the wild meat. Not a fan of wills product.
Have used every butcher except Ernie at Kimberley meats. Gwinners is the best so far

Any other bad experience with Koenig?
Will is no longer at cliffs meats. He was terrible. Cliff is about to retire. However there's a young couple taking over with in the year. And they are doing game cutting.
