    Mabel Lake

We are headed up to the Vernon area next week and are looking for some "hunter friendly" accomodations . Can anyone recommend a motel or resort that would work. We may also make it to Mabel Lake later in the week. Is Mabel Lake resort receptive to hunters? Pm me if anyone has suggestions thanks

Maybe pick on Lumby or Enderby instead, might be closer to hunting ?
Twin Creeks Motel is beside the hunter friendly Blue Ox pub in Lumby.

My brother has a cabin on the private side of Mabel Lake and I would say it is not hunter friendly and not much wildlife IMO, but I only go there in the summer so I wouldn't know for sure

Like Boxhitch says there is twin creeks hotel, or there is a bed and breakfast on mabel lake rd just past rawlings lake rd. You could camp at mabel lake, You can up Park mt, I always go up the back part of mabel lake from trinity rd. There is lots of options! Feel free to pm me if you would like any more info.

Both enderby and lumpy sides hold good whitetail and Muley populations. Lumpy IMHO has more places to look and roads from any direction that if you get far enough back will see less hunters.
