Don't know about Port but Tyee Marine in Courtenay carries them. Not sure about WSS in Nanaimo. Bucky's Sports in Duncan does.
Why not just mail order them from one of our sponsors?

super....I will pass on the info. I can get them here in Abbotsford, at Big Game Archery...but my friend was trying to locate some on the Island.
