    Harrison Hunt 2

Well we got out for round two but wasn't as crazy as the first we got eleven birds. Buffleheads, bluebills and goldeneyes and a sawbill. I don't know what happened to my camera I turned it on and the batterie light came on and then it shut down. Steelco and Dutchie got some shots/video. I am hoping that they can post some pics.
My boat quite working and I had to go and get a ride from a cousin. Lucky we were close to his house I just walked five min. and he took me back to my truck and trailer.
Can't wait to fix the boat and try something out on the actual open area in front of Tapedera. The water is just about low enough.

Once again, this newb had a blast. It was a beautiful day on the river, albeit F'n cold. The toes are thawed now. I still think it amazing how much the action can change just by moving a few deeks. It's obvious I've got lots to learn, but I'm more than willing.

Here's a few of the pictures we took.

This thing is freekin flying dinosuar!! Damn those teeth

Some of the hills as the sun came up.

    And the playing field!!!

    Thanks again Qwa-honn

Nice looking morning. You need the action just to keep the blood warm.

Perhaps fuel for the "does camo work" fire / threads but I noticed skin before saw outline / camo.

Looks like a beautiful day at a beautiful location.

Qwa-Honn's son came out and we unloaded his gun twice!!! 14 year old know it all... All around really good kid.

First time, he was so confused and we were all laughing hysterically! it was pricless.. Birds flew in and one landed and we just yelled "Calib, TAKE 'EM... TAKE 'EM Calib!!"

Second time Steelco unloaded it but put a spent shell in the chamber!!! he told us he would check when he got back and he did... but saw a spent shell and did not know it was already shot untill the next flock came in!

All we herd was "What the!!!"

It was awesome, another great hunt!

    Thanks guys!

    Dutchie
