there is an inherent sheen to new nylon, mudding them up takes the sheen off. mix a handful or two of dirt, the more silt/clay the better with a squirt of liquid dish soap and some water until you get a cream like consistancy and wash/rub your blind down.

    Let dry, go hunting!

The camo on the laydowns dont matter much, you could buy a bright yellow layout blind, and by the time you've mudded it and grassed it you shouldnt be able to see any yellow at all.
1st Im in charge, and if not Matt is. Your job is to sign checks, tell us we're doing good and open your case of scotch after a good day. 2nd my fee. You can keep it, all I want in exchange for my service is the right to hunt all the drakes. A male. Buck only. Why and how are my business. If you don't like it, go alone. Set up right here or in a swamp or in the middle of a noshoot field for all I care. I've been on too many duck hunts with rich dentists to listen to any more suicidal ideas. Ok?

I hear ya... I really think that the camo patterns are pretty much just a money grab.

To be honest I don't think I've ever had it with a hunt with Field Marshall as we never use layout blinds when we hunt together.
