I am glad he come thru with a statement on what had happened with the gift cards. I do find it hard to believe there was $60,000 of outstanding gift certificates out there. I always used mine so after recieving them so I wouldn't loose or misplace them.

Kinda my take as well.... If all that was bought was existing stock with no look, care or desire of the financial records, why take on ANY of the liabilities?
Like I said earlier; I'd want as much separation from the "old" Hub, as possible. The new name was a costly mistake IMO - 60 large buys a good portion of good advertising for a NEW venture. Taking on the ideal of "a good thing" by redeeming 1/2 the face value of what's completely unknown, is odd to me; It's like stepping off a ledge in total darkness, without a flashlight. Scaaaary!

On a better note. Travis has left to work for the other shop in Abbotsford. I expect more changes there soon.....
