    Christmas in August

Made a little run down to Cabelas and Wholesale sports in Wa. First time in 3 yrs we didnt go down to Oregon this weekend to the waterfowl festival, would of liked to go but too busy at work and not good timing so we went for a day trip instead. Is it wrong that we make the drive and visit these stores 3-4 times a year lol?

Hope Santa remembers me, I'll be down there this weekend coming!

Those pro-grades are supposed to be spectacular, yet too see them in person...

Matt will probably post on those as he bought them. The wigeon look amazing I will say. Actually Ian I'm looking to get another pair of those green gloves for handling decoys. The cold weather ones real long go up the arms. My good pair that I use for brant season ended up getting ran over on the boat launch one morning lol. BIG tear in the them. Funny story though we were getting pounded onto the beach that morning trying to tow in the two punts with the big boat. We were holding the big boat parallel to the ramp and taking 3' rollers coming in. Had to jump with every wave....loading it was fun.....lol.

They were out of stock but the guy said he's getting two full bins coming in all of waterfowl gear in this week or next week. I may have to return that book and paint brush and maybe bribe you some cash to pick me up a pair if they come in by then.

I've been told before there's no such thing as too many decoys.

That's also my theory... but my parents on the other hand, dont always agree . It just might be a good thing I have a limited budget.
