There have been reports of missing dogs in this area for a while now. It was unclear so far as to what and how these dogs went missing. An elaborate sting operation with under cover officers was able to get a picture of this gruesome suspect. The suspect is still at large and the authorities are asking for the publics help in finding this loveless killer. Until its capture dog owners are asked to keep their dogs under 24 hour supervision. When you see this individual you are asked to call the police immediately. Do not approach the suspect by yourself. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
