    Some for the car guys.

Just kinda bored so I thought I'd share some pics of some of the cars in the family.

First here are my car and truck. Nothing crazy just daily drivers.

    Here's where they get nice.

    This is my mother's car.

Yup good eye.. '67. He had a 302 in it but last year he started rebuilding a 428 that was going in it. He got hurt at work and needed surgery so I think that was delayed a bit but I know he wanted to have the 428 in it before they were gonna drive it anywhere this year. When he ( My mother's long time BF) bought the car and was building it, there was a 302 in it.He thought about pulling it and looking for a 428 to drop in but couldn't find one at the time so he decided to build up the 302 a bit (he's a mechanic). But he told me so many people come up to them and wanna look at and talk about the car, then all bright eye'd they ask whats in it.... he said there is always a small look of disappointment when he says "a 302". So he found a 428 (What he always wanted anyways) and was in the process of getting it back together last year.

My favorite part of that car is the ghosted in "Cougar" design in the side. I tried to show it in the one pic but its really hard to show the entire design in a pic. Its very well ghosted. It is done in a gold flake and buried under many coats of clear. On a sunny day when the light hits it right it just pops.

It is a Port Alberni car so some of you PA guys may have seen it. It has also been at the big Show & Shine in Parksville a few times. Not last year tho due to a blown out Achilles tendon.

My wife's uncles car is a 1929 Nash and I am not actually even sure what the Olds is.. Maybe someone here knows. The Nash tho sat in the wife's Grandfathers garage for about 25 years all torn apart. Finally he gave it to the uncle, and they rebuilt it. It was nice that the Grandfather gets to at least see it completed while he is still around.

Here's my truck, 6 litre 367hp aluminum engine... goes pretty good!

And my ''65 Acadian Canso. Has 70k miles, original 194 6cyl with pg. Bought it from the original owner. It was painted in '86.

I'll probably put the Canso up for sale this year, didn't drive it once last summer as I was shooting almost every weekend.......

Nice rides, the ghosting looks good in the pics, but it's easy to tell that the pic doesn't do it justice.
