    wholly crap! There is some stuff there. Thanks for your help.
    now i know what to do with it once i shoot it. Handeling it was a concern of mine just because it carries trichinosis.
    And we have this lovely pool of people to ask such questions to.

    I used this recipe last year on a couple bear hams,

    It turned out very tasty with a flavour similar to corned beef, sliced thinly and eaten cold in sandwiches it was delicious.

    I skipped the liquid smoke they call for and only smoked for half the time as I am not a big fan of overly smokey flavors.

    That one you put up Stitch looks good for all the other stuff.

    the one you posted Electric looks good because it is small batch and i can do it in my fridge

    Hey 835...how days left til opening???? I hope the traffic light going out of victoria is working on openeing day...we don't need a traffic jam of all of us trying to get out of town

    Good stuff, I was just going to use a ham recipe and it is great knowing it has worked well for others...thanks guys.

    Just take the roundabout way down Spencer you'll mis that whole trafic back up at the shell leaving town
    If we plan it right everyone else will be a half hour behind us!
