grouse strips

3-4 grouse depending on how many eating
potatoe chips any flavour
an egg
2 tbsp milk

mix egg and milk together in bowl,take your chips of choice and put into a ziplock bag close it up and crunch the chips into some what crumbs...cut ur deboned grouse into strips or chuncks wich ever u prefer...dip the grouse into the egg and then into the chip crumbs...put on cookie sheet and bake on 450f untill cooked just right...and enjoy!!!!

3kills my son & his buddies use the same rec. as you only they use all dressed chips.They cut the strips in cubes.They call it popcorn road runner,it is the only way i like partridge.DAN>>>
