    Nutritional value of game meat.

    Found this pretty intersting in depth website with the nutitional value of all type of game meat thought some other hunters might find it interesting.

    Very interesting link, thanks. But I have to question their info on the bear, 58% fat. I don't think so, if they'd ever fried a pound they'd know they error-ed!!!
    Take a kid hunting its more rewarding than shooting an animal yourself!!

    Thats pretty sweet thanks for posting! I am a Diabetic and always wonderd what the Nurtitional Values where in the wild game meat I eat.

    An excellent data link. Elk is high in cholesterol? Hunter47 will just have to hunt harder to burn the cholesterol off.
