Poor Man's Prawns

Gut and skin mice
Rinse under cool water
Remove legs at elbow
Toss in a bowl with - olive oil, garlic, squirt of lemon, and a dash of curry powder

Stir once every 15 minutes for 1 hr

Pre-heat BBQ

Skewer mice and grill over high heat 3 minutes per side
