What gear is the most important

If you were on a very limited budget and you had all the basic gear (gun, knife, ax, day pack, hiking boots, calls...) and you had a small amount of money to spend on the upcoming hunting season what would you buy, what is the most important piece of equipment you use other than the basics, for example: GPS, trail cam, sound and sent prof camo gear, or anything else I am leaving out,

    Thanks

I never thought of radio's, but I imagine they are very costly to get good ones that work in BC

WHAT!? Illegal while hunting? are you serious?

Even for informing of location? I find it to be unsafe to hunt without radios, especially if both parties are walking around in the bush in the same area(ish) I use it as a tool for communication. Without radios it would have been unsafe to shoot, because he would have no idea of my whereabouts....

I have only used them on that one hunt, and I would have said that Id use them all the time, and even buy some. But I had no idea that they were illegal...

    Shocking to me..

    WRONG!!

Limited Entry Shared Hunt must be
able to communicate with one another in order to
avoid exceeding the group’s limit. There are no
    restrictions on methods of communication.
Now, IMHO Binoculars are the most used and important item to have, spend as much as you can afford.

There's no mention of radios in the reg's, but there is in the LEH paper.
So now we can ask the members question and not worry anymore huh!
