# of pins

how many guys out there use only 2-3 pins? what are the yards?, i personally have 5, 20-60 yrds.

My target bow has 1 pin...it's got a Sur Loc Supreme in it.

My hunting bow has 5 pins, set from 10 yds to 50 yards.

new to bow hunting! how far is to far to shoot ? (at 50 will they jump the string to consistentlly at that range?) basically im wondering is my bow fast enough at that range? Im shooting

5 pins 20-60. For a 60 yarder I feel very confident but everything has to be perfect.

3 pins set at 20, 30 and 40 yards. Mostly i just use the 20 yard pin for hunting. Since my self limited distance is 25 to 30 yards I can hold the 20 yard pin from point blank to 25 yards.

I use 3; 20, 30 and 45 yards.... Only because I bought the 3 pin TR matrix not knowing it was the same housing as the 5 pin with 2 pins removed... If I had known, I would have just bought the 5 pin...

I got 9 but thats a wee overkill for most.

I've got 7 but don't intend to use more than 3 for a hunting situation.
I only have one setup for hunting and the little 3-D that I do.

have one on my 3d bow and four on my hunting bow 30,40,50,60, and thats to many for my pee brain . missed a early whitey cause i used the wrong pin.

Exact same set up! Have never shot anything beyond 20.
