"If you want to hunt beasts you don't see every day,
You have to go places quite out-of-the-way.
You have to go places no others can get to,
You have to get cold and you have to get wet, too."

No big game for me this year and the way things are going probably won't get any predators down either. I been workin like crazy trying to make up for the slow year 2009 was. Still had a fun season though pretty relaxed. Bird hunting was what got me into hunting and I haven't done much for quite awhile so this year I did a bit of straight bird outings. wasn't nearly as productive without a dog but had fun.
Opening day.
A ewe that didn't want to be alone
Some more birds.
My first rabbit
Spent a couple days hunting Chukars, which just about drove me crazy without a four legged partner. This was all I got to show for it.
My buddy killed this little guy at the end of October. I had stalked up on a nice little 4x3 a couple hundered yrds from where this guy was shot but and the sound of the shot he took off and I didn't catch up to him again.
