I thought elk was tops but in all honesty, I tasted berry fed grizzly this year and I was really impressed.

Elk is my favorite followed by quail. Unfortunately for me I have never shot an elk so I am stuck begging from buddies who get lucky enough to draw a Ne tag (really tough). Cornfed whitetail ranks up there the Mulies I have eaten taste like sage.

Looks like the Elk have it. I would have guessed moose as I've not heard many good things about stinky old 6 point bull Elk.

Elk is nice, but an immature moose gets my nod for best tasting on your list.
