    Blue Grouse

    My hunting partner and I jsut got back from an over nighter in region 3. Had my dog Dixie out. She was fantastic. In the day and a half we hunted we put up in the neighbourhood of 60 blues. We were a little rusty and managed 17. Best grouse trip I've had in a lot of years. Sorry no pictures.
    doesnt matter what kind of bullet it is, as long as it weighs 180 grains its DEADLY, even on ass shots....Todbartell-2009

    Yes Dixie was fun to watch. Can't wait to get the second one out.

    Wow, after reading about your blue grouse hunt i absolutely turned green with envy. I have never heard of such success in all my years of hunting blues. Congratulations to you guys and Dixie.
