If it's info your after you have come to the right place. We have lots of knowledgable people here.Welcome to HBC.
I'm just here to provide moral support......Hey nice (insert animal here)congrats.

In memory of you dad..."you always leave a campsite cleaner then when you found it"

There's only one thing in life that constitutes insanity..... continuing to do the same thing you have been doing but expecting different results.

First, use the Search feature to see if your question has already been answered in a previous thread.

If not, open the most appropriate forum (Mainland hunting, open chat, gun talk etc.) and click the "New Thread" blue button towards the top left (or bottom left) of the page.

    Have fun!

New member here, having just regestered. I been hunting for about 30 years. moose and deer are my favorite animals to hunt. I have never hunted muley's or goats.Shot an elk once, but the meat never impressed me. I am as my name implies.

    Lurker coming out of hiding

    Hi everybody,

I've been hanging around for a week or so and I've enjoyed your thoughts (especially ruger#1's essay). Due to timing and monetary constraints I won't be joining the hunt this year but if my life works even approximately close to plan I'll be one of the first in the bushes next fall for my first season as a hunter. I'm hoping I'll be able to find someone to mentor me on some of the finer points when the time comes.

Thanks everybody for sharing your knowledge here and I hope everyone has a great season!
