nice dog. I have a 9 month old chocolate lab. I have been doing a little bit of training with him, but i dont do very much bird hunting. There just good allround dogs

Welcome to the site guys. Lots of good information here.
I hunt the Pitt Lake area which is only open 3 days a week (saturday, sunday and wednesday). I haven't had a shot at a goose yet this year but lots of ducks around.

And thanks Dano for the info. will have to give that area a try. Its tough now only hunting when I go back to the Island and it kills Dixie as she loves it so much. So Im going to have to find a area to hunt here on the mainland.
