2009 Canadian National Amateur

I have just returned from Regina Sask where I had the privalege of judgeing the 2009 Canadian Ameteur Field Trial Championship. This was a 5 day trial that tested the best dogs and handlers in the country. The work of these retrievers and handlers was absolutley amazing. I have been to one National as a thrower many years ago in Kamloops, it is truely amazing. I ran in the open at Logan Lake a few weeks ago, I made it to the 4th series on the last day with my friends dog, I also got a greeny with my jr. dog.
I'm running in the Q and jr in Tacoma in 2 weeks, I think they will be short days, lots of big names.

I heard that next year's national open is in 100 Mile House- is this correct?
