    Sausage Casings

It's been awhile since I made any venison sausage, I need some casings..

I can't remember what I used, although I would know htem when I see them. I'm looking for the larger, dinner size sausage, not the little breakfast size links.

    Here is a supplier....

Where is says 42/45 MM that is the diameter in milimetres. 25 MM is an inch.
At the thicker diameter we always used beef salted.

    Gatehouse,

Here is a supplier to compare prices on equipment, etc.

So they break the hearts of kith and kin,
And they roam the world at will.

you are looking for a 32/35 hog casing that is the size of dinner sausage or smokies. 42/45 is what they stuff garlic sausage in. We use the green ring ones32/35 Mm Salted Hog Casing Green Ring HG36NA40 for dinner sausage from stuffers supply as per your link.
