    moose burgers

    anybody have any good recipes for moose burgers they'd like to share?

    need some tips on getting the lean meat to stick together as well

    French onion soup mix. If it's just straight moose, chuck in an egg.

    1lb moose
    1lb ground beef
    1 onion chopped
    garlic powder to taste
    1tsp H.P sauce
    2 eggs beaten
    1/2 cup cracker crumbs
    pinch of marjoram
    pinch of thyme
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    bacon fat for frying them or chuch em on the bbq
    if you dont want beef use all moose
    mix all ingredients well but not to much make into patties fry in bacon fat add slight amount of water untill done or just bbq them

    Mix 1 lb lean meat with 3/4 cup rolled oats 1 egg and a 1/4 cup milk . add whatever seasonings you like. mix well and enjoy
    No animals were hurt in the making of this video...just cooked up good and tasty !

    Pretty much the same around here. Just no salt and we use vegetable crackers instead of regular ones.

    1lb moose, onion chopped, garlic clove chopped, 1/4 c mustard, 1/4 c barbeque sauce, pinch celery salt, pinch salt, pinch pepper, 1 egg (CRACKED!!!), 1/2 c bread crumbs/cracker crumbs, and whateva else ya want in it!! i might be missin some ingredients, but its still frickin good!!!

    I could tell ya my secret spices,but then I would have to hunt you down.Cracker crumbs for sure....Ritz crackers,oops ..I've said too much.The only thing I could add is to add 2 eggs,it acts as a better binder.Good eatin!!

    Try blending in a pack of hot Italian sausages. Remove skin mash together add your typical flavouring and enjoy. A firehall fav.
