new duck hunter

hey there folks, i have yet to go duck hunting but a farmer has asked me to help with his snow geese problem.
the land is outside the city limits what should i be aware of? the area is on fraser highway in aldergrove.

aparently its so bad that when the birds take off it looks like fog@_@.

Make sure you have your fraser valley license, and see if his property is within an area that only allows hunting for crop depredation. If it does, you need to go to the city and get registered or something like that, haven't done it myself, but know about the laws.
