The Beretta is a far superior gun, springs break in fact I would take any gas gun over spring gun! (even a Remington) sbe is totally over rated!

    My 2 cents.

Ford, Dodge, Chev. Its the same if you made a poll about trucks. Everybodies different, nobodies going to all agree on whats the "best" gun.

But since you asked, the ease of cleaning a sbe2, even though I dont shoot one has to be the top in my mind.
1st Im in charge, and if not Matt is. Your job is to sign checks, tell us we're doing good and open your case of scotch after a good day. 2nd my fee. You can keep it, all I want in exchange for my service is the right to hunt all the drakes. A male. Buck only. Why and how are my business. If you don't like it, go alone. Set up right here or in a swamp or in the middle of a noshoot field for all I care. I've been on too many duck hunts with rich dentists to listen to any more suicidal ideas. Ok?

Yeh, the Remington is a good choice for a entry level shotgun, but after it jams(1100 and 1187) and kicks the hell out of you(870), you will see the light. You get what you pay for.(a pos)

If you clean em, they don't jam. And if you can't take the recoil from a 12ga, you shouldn't be hunting with one
