    Not sure of cut,but put deer roast on bbq with the rotisserie,let cook for an hour @ med-low heat covered,than uncovered and added spices and cooked another 30 minutes,with noodles and veggies.

    Best meal in a long time....

    Spaghetti with meat (mule deer) sauce. (mule deer burger was given to me by a friend that felt sorry for me eating tag soup)

    Supper was a while ago but can provide pics in about 8-10 hours, won't look the same though!!!

    Mulie strip loin with sauted onions, sweet red pepper, and mushrooms ; baked spaghetti squash and carrot salad and baked potatoe. Peach upside down cake for desert.
