    Prawns with lemon garlic butter, potatoes simmered in lemon & herb stock and some baked squash

    Oven Roast Mallard, Whole potatoes and carrots tossed in for good measure smoothered in margarine. Oh and a can of Coke Zero to wash it all down

    5 pound 2008 Elk sirloin tip roast , roasted carrots and turnip cubes , young potatoes boiled with fresh peeled Russian Red garlic head , mashed with butter and milk , homemade thick gravy from the Elk roast drippings and fresh from the oven crusty rolls and after TWO large helpings of that ,,,,

    now I'm off to jog 5 klm,,,,,,
    NOT !
