    Just did whitetail deer tenderloin wrapped in back bacon, salad and potatoes. MMMM..And a splash of red wine!!!

    Inside round (moose) steaks and striploin (whitetail) steaks, wild grain rice and green beans + garlic and butter.

    Should have enough steak left over for snacks for the next couple of days!
    You'll miss 100% of the shots you don't take!

    Texada Blacktail- whole tenderloin each.
    Dried then olive oil, Salt, spicy pepper medley, garlic.
    Super hot BBQ and cooked rare.
    Taters and pole beans from the garden.

    spicy bbq elk burgers on slightly toasted and buttered homemade buns with avocado slices, extra old cheddar with thick sliced fried mushrooms and onions.
