FYI Steeleco!!!
These 2 shots were from up on top.
Twas a much nicer day.
Oh, and JREX had two tows this time; One being a Cherokee that couldn't get outta camp,,, and my dually also...
I was trying to turn it around and lost the front end into a ditch, sinking it up to the pan - Had to use both lockers but JREX tugged it out and up outta the snow, no problemo.
It's like the Mighty Hercules!

It's not likely I'll set foot up there till Sept. But I sure want too!! Hell it sound's like I'd have a hell of a time getting into camp, let alone into the spots we like soooooo much!!
Take a kid hunting its more rewarding than shooting an animal yourself!!

"Top Secret" If I told you, he'd kill me!! Let's just say Adams Lake!!!

Thats lame! I tell everyone where I go! Especially when I don't get anything... and no one else ever shows up to ruin my ruined hunt!
Almost too late for the season but the first test went great. Got into some ugly snow that was like driving in a slurpy and even that didn't mess it up too bad. Spring bear time!!!
If an animal is going to die so that I might live, the least I can do is perform the unsavoury deed myself.
Ain't it great!
Now pickles, I don't mean to pop your bubble but,,,, I think you shoulda made the rears like you did the fronts.
@ 3:30 in the vid, the back tracks are digging down and not riding 'up', like the front set is doing.
Overall, I'm impressed though - NICE WORK!

I stuck that bit of video in just to show what the snow was like. That whole area had voids under the snow where run off had hollowed the snow pack out. It looked fine on top but it was a slushy mess below. I kept the rears slightly longer on the back section so they would ride up a little when I'm in reverse. That part works pretty well and I'm happy with them. Time will tell I guess.
