It has been a bitter sweet ending of a buck i have watched grow from june till his death. During Muzz-loader season this buck was shot and wounded which created alittle tension amoungst acouple friends..Yesturday the land owner and i went out for a morning hunt and i shot an average 5x5 while he was chasing 3 Does. Merv shot the 5x4 and we only put 2+2 togethor after seeing the wound(healing very well) and compared a few pics to realize this was our buck from this summer.. In the past 3 days i have hunted (hard... well as hard as a flat lander sask) i had seen 10 bucks .. also shot a nice doe which 2 bucks wanted real bad. one buck would not leave till i had put the doe into the truck...
