I'm with some others here. My whole family LOVES the heart. Liver.... Not so much. The heart is almost like a celebration after a successful hunt that day its like candy. My wife cleans it up REAL good (she's picky that way). Takes all fat/arteries and everything off then soaks in Soy Sauce for a marinade and just fries it up.. MMMM MMMM MMM so good.
A Pine needle falls. An Eagle sees it. A Deer hears it. A Bear smells it

Its easy to overcook liver, making it a poor dish. Done right it is good.
I have them soaking right now, on the menu for tomorrow.
Careful with the soya, it has lots of salt, which draws out the moisture quick.
Never say whoa in the middle of a mud hole
