Shot shells for old Guns.

Hello,
Is there a shot shell that I can use for my old Model 31 Remington on waterfoul...I heard I could use something like the remington wingmaster hd for my full choke barrell?

remington makes some so does Kent cartridges called tungsten matrix.

Stay away from the HD, look at Kent Matrix or Bismuth, I shoot both and am very happy with them!

I don't know why you couldn't use a light load steel shell in it? Unless it's a Damascus barrel it shouldn't hurt. Guys are putting steel through old Mod.12's and 870's with no problems. My question is, why would you want to use it? K

Want to use it as my great grand father passed it down to me...he bought it new in 31...
Not going to use is as a primary shooter as boxes of 10 cost over 40 bucks!

Theres also Hevi-shot Classic Double which is made just for old guns
