Thumbs up "The Wild Chef" on FoodTV

Has anyone seen the new show "The Wild Chef" on FoodTV? Great show - a Quebecois chef hunts, then cooks his harvest with gourmet flair... Tonight was moose hunting in Quebec, and then moose testicles cooked with the moose he shot on the meat pole in the background. He's big on using every part of the animal to say the least... Check it out.

I'd pass on the moose balls! I think I'll stick to steak.

I just caugth the tail end of the moose show, I saw the grouse one. It's a good show...way better than many cooking shows, and way better than some pompous frog making escalope of venison with truffles and fava beans with port wine reduction.

Real hunters can make his stuff with a little effort.
