    Change in landscape

    If you are going to be hunting around Prince George don't be surprised if the place you hunted last year looks completely different. They have done an awful lot of bug kill logging here, so the heavy bush you hunted last year may be barren of anything. You may have to change your area or your style of hunting.

    That's happening a lot, a large area I tried for whitetales in last year is gone, and a lot of the Spius creek (Merrit) area yesterday is on it's way out.
    Take a kid hunting its more rewarding than shooting an animal yourself!!

    Not a whole bunch more to the east of bear lake got hit and some to the south

    hey the sad reallity is, there probably wont be a pine tree left in b.c. in 5 five years. (the beetle prob)
