I was talking to a fellow member about this law the other day and he pointed something out to me that I had initially believed to be true on first reading it, but then had been contradicted by a C.O.

If you look at page 36 of the current Hunting regulations synopsis under Canada Geese, you will see beside a star the sentence: In MU 2-4 in the Municipality of Delta, the open season DOES NOT apply to the area within 100 metres of any dyke.

If you look closely for the star in the list of openings, it only applies to the Feb.10 to March 10 Canada Goose opening in 2-4.

I had a C.O. mention to me that we must be 100 metres from the dyke at all times. I think he misunderstood the rules.
