Gotta keep it simple Jel!! 2 lbs of hard earned ground wild critter, 2 eggs Free range, salt, from a sea, pepper from Costco, garlic plus spice from Costco, some fresh chopped garlic, worchester sauce, bread crumbs, or salteen crackers all crushed up, and a whole onion finely diced! Mix er all together, and put into a glass or teflon bread pan. Cook for 1 hr at 390f, when just about done pour a can of Campbell's tomato soup over it and finish till soup is hot. Cook up some scalloped potatoes, some green beans or assparagus, and a mixed green salad, and wholla!! A freakin excellent dinner, and good leftovers the next day at work!! A bottle of red if you drink it, and a HUGE piece of chocolate cake for dessert! One of Moosin's favs!!

if your game meat is realy lean try adding fresh parmesan or sharp chedder to your breadcrumb and spice mixture, adds some fat and some great flavour
