bushnell 10 x42, at the time that b&l divested thier optics because of columbine. both pair have the elite glass in them, just cost less.

Nikon Monarch 10x42s for me - they're pretty good but nothing spectacular. $400 is what I paid for them a few years ago.

nikon monarch 12X they do the trick and I paid less than bartell.
