    Ali that looks quite delicious.

    Gatehouse, what are you marinating your moose t-loin in... I have one whole moose t-loin in my freezer waiting to be cooked, just looking for a suggestion from the master.

    Just some olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, a splash of soy. Simple.

    Looks awesome. If not too late, it would be nice to see the After picture when it comes out of the roast.

    sorry RBH it hit the table and got devoured before I could get my camera - but it was mighty tasty

    I'll make sure I get pics next time - oh we served it tonight with a really nice bottle of Nakedgrape Shiraz (unoaked wine)
