Father/Son Big Horn hunt! Best post of the year so far!!
Thx for sharing
It’s a beautiful ram Salty, priceless to share it with you son. I give you praise for climbing the mountain. I did that with my 19 yr old this year with no preparation and it was a grind to say the least. Keep on keeping on Wayne. Everyone wants a big horn ram but few want to climb the mountain….
If the world is warming why are there so many new snowflakes?
If we are all equal why do you demand special treatment?
You can not comply your way out of tyranny.
Fire them ALL!
Thanks HBC members for your kind words means alot to me and my son

Wayne I am so glad you and your son got to experience such a great sheep hunt together. Congradulations to you both for putting in the yard work to get such a beautiful animal.
Nothing is like climbing a mountain, and then feeling like you are at the top of the world.
Beauty ram for your son Wayne!
Congratulations.
Kenny
I love it when the seasons change.
Fishing to Hunting.
The legend has returned!
Great post Wayne.

Congrats Wayne and Chuck, great share.

It's very similar to my friend Kun's experience. He moved from Edmonton AB to Burnaby BC in 2021, got CORE and applied LEH for the first time in 2022. He drew a November ram. He was a excellent marksman who shoots at a range every weekend, but he had no hunting experience other than grouse hunting a month before the ram hunt. His first LEH application, first successful draw, first big game hunt, first big game killed were all that ram. We did one pre-scout and spent 3 days hunting, saw about 20-30 rams but only 2 were takers. Shot the older one of the two.
Too many hobbies, too little time.
