Duck Mounts.

Here is a duck I had done back east. I always wanted one done of each species and another reason for wanting to move out West.

This guy is a mature black duck drake which you can't tell in this picture by his bright red legs. but he's also a mallard hybrid. If you you look closely you can see the light feather on his back and if you were here in my room you can actually see some green on his head. This guy was shot on the salt chuck off of P.E.I. in 2001.

Nicely done Marc. I can certainly see the mallard-like feathers on the back, but the greenish hue doesn't come through for me.

Looks great though.
