Right now there just about twice as much?

I see I'm getting all the answers here that I didn't want, lol. I'd have loved to hear that it's the right decision and go with the 12x50 and they'll be absolutely worth it. Now I'm still not sure what to do.. Guess I'll have to try and make it to a Retailer and try em out

Check out the Carson 10x42 bino's . \i was very impressed with them used them now a few times on my sheep hunts. They sell for around 400 dollars. I have Swarovski 10x42 and the Carsons are close at low light conditions. \ofcourse its tough for any binos to compete with swaros at low light conditions.

Amazon has the Vortex Razor 11-33x50 angled spotter on right now for $820. That's about the same price as the 12x50 binos and will do a better job.I have the straight version, and am able to handhold the spotting scope up to about 16x magnification without too much shake. Off a tripod it is very clear.
