Motor vehicle closure second opinion 3-19 (Tremont Creek fire)

After the fire they closed this area (Tremont Creek fire 3-19) to all motorized vehicle traffic (ie. quads). It reads now they are restricted but allowed on existing, established trails. Is that true?

There is an extensive, established trail system throughout the region so would I be able to use my new-to-me sxs. I'd love to get back to go back after a different spot last year. It's a very tough region to hunt, blow down, old cuts, poor sight lines, heavy pressure. It would be so cool to cover some ground fast to get into my spots.

If you can see a trail [tire treads, obvious rutting from motorized vehicles] then I would deem that an established or existing trail.
